เลขที่ 51/51 Village No. 10 Hin Lek Fai Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province 77110 (" เก๊ท พูลวิลล่า" "เรา" "ของเรา") แสดงข้อมูลรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขสำหรับการปล่อยเช่าบ้านพูลวิลล่าผ่านเว็บไซต์ของเรา (โมบายล์และเดสก์ท็อป) และแอปพลิเคชั่นบนอุปกรณ์พกพา (เรียกรวมกันว่า "ไซต์") หรือวิธีการอื่นๆ ที่เชื่อมโยงกับไซต์ (เช่น การติดต่อฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ผ่านทางแชตหรืออีเมล)

51/51 Village No. 10 Hin Lek Fai Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province 77110 (“Get Poolvillas Co.,Ltd” “We” “our”) we would like to inform all information and conditions for listing your pool villas on our website (both mobile and desktop) or any other channel to connect our site such as direct telephone line, Chat via Line or email.

เงื่อนไขการเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก ยกเลิก และเงื่อนไขอื่นๆ (Booking Postpone, cancel and other condition for listing)

1. เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าต้องทำการอัพเดทภาพและข้อมูลพูลวิลล่าใหม่เสมอ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วนและเป็นสภาพความจริง
   (Pool Villas owner need to complete all information up to date for your advantage)
2. เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าต้องระบุจุดให้บริการ Check in และเบอร์ติดต่อของผู้ให้บริการของวิลล่าของท่าน
   (Pool Villas owner need to specify your Check-in point and contact information for customer checking in date)
3. หากผู้เข้าพักต้องการเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 7 วัน และแจ้งวันเข้าพักใหม่ภายในระยะเวลา 1 ปี นับจากวันจองครั้งแรก
   (If customer need to postpone booking date, they will be informing 7 days in advance and making reservation again within 360 day after 1st booking date)
4. หากกรณีเกิดการรีวิวพูลวิลล่าที่ไม่ดีเกินกว่าเหตุ ทางเว็บไซต์จะทำการซ่อนข้อความนั้นๆ เพื่อไม่ให้เสียหายมากเกินไป แต่จะแจ้งเป็นข้อความเพื่อให้เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าทราบถึงสิ่งที่ผู้เข้าพักได้กล่าวถึงพูลวิลล่าอย่างไร เพื่อการพัฒนาพูลวิลล่าต่อไป
   (In case of excessive review from customer to your Pool villa, we will hide that review in order to control other customer experience to book your Pool villa. But we will inform you all detail those review for your information and improvement)
5. ทางเว็บไซต์และเจ้าของพูลวิลล่าตกลงว่า ไม่มีนโยบายคืนเงินค่าพูลวิลล่าแก่ผู้เข้าพัก แต่อนุญาตให้ผู้เข้าพักเลื่อนวันเข้าพักได้ โดยวันนั้นๆ ต้องเป็นวันที่ พูลวิลล่ายังว่างอยู่ และเป็นวันที่มีเรทราคาเท่ากัน หากเรทราคาไม่เท่ากัน ผู้เข้าพักต้องชำระค่าพูลวิลล่าเพิ่มตามราคาที่ระบุหากเข้าพักในวันที่ราคาถูกกว่าที่ชำระไป จะไม่มีการคืนเงินส่วนต่างให้ผู้เข้าพัก
   (we and Pool villa owner both agreed to have no policy to make booking refund to customer but allow customer to postpone booking date to another available date with similar rate or customer will be paying addition rate if customer book higher rate)
6. กรณีระหว่างผู้เข้าพัก เข้าพักในวิลล่าและเกิดปัญหาจากตัวพูลวิลล่า เช่น แอร์ไม่เย็น ห้องน้ำมีปัญหา หรือปัญหาใดใดที่เกิดจากความไม่พร้อมของพูลวิลล่าเอง จนเป็นเหตุให้เข้าพักตามปกติไม่ได้ แต่ต้องไม่ใช่เหตุสุดวิสัย เช่น ไฟฟ้าดับ ทางเว็บไซต์จะประสานงานเพื่อช่วยเหลือในการแก้ไขให้ถึงที่สุด แต่หากไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหานั้นได้ ทางเว็บไซต์ตกลงคืนเงินตามจำนวนที่เจ้าของพูลวิลล่ากับลูกค้าตกลงกัน
   (we and pool villa owner both agreed, During customer’s staying, there is any imperfect incident from Pool villa such as inapplicable of Air condition, bathroom or any other imperfect incident that justifying inapplicable occupancy. We will be coordinating to support customer, but there is overcontrol inciden. We will be making full refund to customer that value all amount paid on that booking)
7. เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าจะต้องกรอกข้อมูลพูลวิลล่าที่เป็นความจริง พร้อมกฎระเบียบการเข้าพักให้ครบถ้วน เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดปัญหาการคืนพูลวิลล่าเพราะไม่ตรงปกภายหลัง หากทางผู้เข้าพักพบปัญหาเนื่องจากข้อมูลไม่ตรงที่ระบุ ทางเว็บไซต์และเจ้าของพูลวิลล่าตกลงคืนเงินให้แก่ผู้เข้าพัก
   (Pool villa owner will provide correct and accurate information with your staying condition completely to avoid misunderstanding of customer during booking consideration. If there is any inaccurate information that distort the actual pool villa, we and pool villa owner agreed to make full refund to customer)

ขั้นตอนการจองพูลวิลล่า (Booking process and notification)

1. ทางเว็บไซด์จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่ดูแลและจัดการการจองที่พัก พร้อมแก้ปัญหาเบื้องต้นตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
   (We will be standing by and support booking for 24 hours with coordinating team for responding initial incident)
2. เมื่อมีการจองพูลวิลล่าของท่าน ทางเว็บจะทำการบล็อคปฏิทินในระบบทันที พร้อมส่งเป็น Confirmation letter เข้าใน email ของเจ้าของพูลวิลล่าหรือตัวแทนทันที
   (Once your Pool villa has been booked, we will be blocking your calendar immediately and sending you an email with confirmation letter)
3. ก่อนวันเข้าพัก 1 วัน จะมี Confirmation booking alert อีกครั้ง
   (Before 1 day of customer’s checking-in, we will be notifying you via Line OA and email again)
4. หากท่านเจ้าของพูลวิลล่ามีช่องทางการขายหลายช่องทาง เมื่อเกิดการจองจากช่องทางอื่น ท่านต้องเข้ามาบล็อคปฏิทินทันที เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการจองซ้ำซ้อน
   (If Pool villa owner receive booking from any other sale channel, you will need to block calenda on Get Poolvillas immediately in order to avoid duplicated booking)
5. หลังจากได้รับ Confirmation letter หรือได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากเว็บไซต์แล้ว ท่านเจ้าของพูลวิลล่าจะไม่ยกเลิกการจองพูลวิลล่าโดยเด็ดขาด แต่หากเกิดปัญหาการจองซ้ำซ้อน โปรดติดต่อมาเพื่อรับการช่วยเหลือกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ให้บริการของเว็บไซต์ เพื่อช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่อไป
   (Once booking confirmation letter send to you, Pool villa owner will not cancel any booking. In case of duplicated booking. Please contact us)
6. กรณีลูกค้าเข้า Check-in ลูกค้าจะนำ booking confirmation ไปแสดงกับเจ้าของหรือตัวแทน ณ ที่พักพูลวิลล่าโดย เจ้าของหรือตัวแทนที่พักพูลวิลล่าต้องยอมรับ Booking confirmation จาก Getpoolvillas.com
   (In case of customer checking-in, customer will bring booking confirmation to show you at your Pool villa or check-in point that you indicated. Please kindly accept our booking confirmation that made from GetPoolvillas.com)

ค่าบริการเว็บไซต์ (Website service fee)

1. เว็บไซต์จะไม่บวกราคาจากราคาขายขึ้น เพื่อไม่ทำให้ราคาในตลาดของท่านเสียหาย เว็บไซต์คิดค่าบริการ 15% จากยอดขายสุทธิ ซึ่งส่วนหนึ่งทางเว็บไซต์จะนำไปคืนเงินเป็น Cash Back ให้กับทางลูกค้าของท่าน และทางเว็บไซด์จะทำการโฆษณาและส่งเสริมงานขายเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มยอดขายให้ท่าน
   (We will not make additional price from your retail price setting to avoid pricing uncompetitive, we will charge you 15% from net paid of customer booking. This charge included cash back to customer and we will use for promoting and advertising your Pool villa to support your sale)
2. เว็บไซต์จะไม่เก็บค่าบริการในส่วนรายได้ที่เกิดขึ้นหลังจากผู้เข้าพัก เข้าพูลวิลล่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว
   (We will not make any other charge or service to customer after check-in)
3. เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มช่องทางในการชำระค่าที่พักพูลวิลล่า กรณีผู้เข้าพักต้องการใช้บัตรเครดิตเพื่อชำระค่าพูลวิลล่า เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าจะเป็นผู้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมบัตรเครติดที่เกิดขึ้นตามระบุรายการวันจองนั้นๆ
   (In order to support customer and promoting your pool villa, Pool villa owner will absorb credit card fee 3.5% from each booking payment made by customer’s credit card, in case of credit card method)

เงื่อนไขการชำระเงินค่าที่พักพูลวิลล่า

1. ทางเว็บไซต์จะชำระค่าพูลวิลล่าเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่ระบุในระบบเท่านั้น
   (We will be transferring booking amount direct to your bank account that indicate on our website only)
2. หากกรณีทางเจ้าของพูลวิลล่าต้องการใช้บริการงานอื่นๆ ตามบริการที่มีไว้สนับสนุนเจ้าของพูลวิลล่า ทางเว็บไซต์สามารถเรียกเก็บค่าบริการเป็นรายเดือน หรือนำมาหักกับค่าพูลวิลล่าที่ต้องชำระคืนท่านในเดือนนั้นๆ
   (Any other service from Pool villa owner request to us, we will be invoicing end of each month or deduct from your booking amount in the end of that month)
3. ค่าธรรมเนียมการชำระผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เช่น บัตรเครดิต และการผ่อนชำระจากลูกค้าในการจองบ้านพูลวิลล่าของท่าน จะถูกหักออกจากยอดเงินที่จะโอนชำระเงินคืน
   (Credit card payment fee from customer’s booking, we will deduct from your booking amount at the end of month)
4. ทางเว็บไซต์จะทำการส่งเอกสารรายละเอียดการชำระเงินคืนและรายละเอียดค่าใช้จ่ายค่าบริการอื่นๆ (หากมี) หลังจากโอนชำระแล้วเสร็จ
   (We will send transfer amount detail to you with any other service you make with us after transfer complete)
5. ทางเว็บไซต์จะชำระค่าพูลวิลล่าให้แก่เจ้าของพูลวิลล่าเป็นรายเดือน และไม่เกินวันที่ 15 ของเดือนถัดไป
   (We will transfer your booking amount of previous full month by monthly before 15th)
